Day 76 -- DECEMBER DETOUR, 2016 Goals, ROARS on a 2-3 week hold.

Back to LEAF 6:30 - 3:30, followed by LEAF 4:30 - 6:30

December Detour: Allows me to prep now w/out affecting ROARS in 2016

I want the goals to be clean cut in 2016 for ROARS and if I fail, I want it to be because I did not perform well enough, not because some "outside priority" took up too much of my time.

December has had so many of those, from moving rooms, building furniture / cleaning, Sarah and the starting up dating again, and now to the need to prep new leads so I can get FRESH business in the door to guarantee a strong career in 2016.

Obviously, it's really important I keep making a lot of money next year and perform well enough to not need to deal with stress from management.  So the detour is very important.  The last thing I would want is for my career to go stale in 2016 -- as long as it stays steady, I can work on my business with excellent focus and with extra funds for advertising, testing, and growing.

Since all the ROARS goals went out the window at the end of November anyways, this will allow me to get things really prepped well without fucking with a SET PLAN for ROARS.

I can put in 6-8 hours on sundays and 1-2 hours on weekdays and make me find A TON of fresh business in 2016, and I can make clear cut goals for ROARS in Q1 without feeling the need to put extra hours into LEAF.  Which, by the way, will allow me to focus on my real LEAF goal in 2016 of $60 / hour (and only needing to put in 40 hours a week to make $120,000.)

So all my 2016 goals are greatly enchanced by this AND it puts me on a tight time limit so that I actually prep.  In Q1 2015, I set months of time to prep and I got VERY LITTLE prepping actually done, largely due to it not being a goal I cared about (I cared about ROARS, not LEAF, so I didn't have the motivation to really put in the extra hours).

But with only 2-3 weeks to get ALL of these glengary leads prepped, and a ROARS ritual and habit of working on Sundays to maintain, this is a higher priority that should be motivating.

Make 2016 ROARS Goals soon...

Obviously, Janurary will be dedicated to content, Feb will be finish content and finalize website and features, and Mar will be traffic, but the details and deadlines need to be better defined.  This will help motivate me on Sunday as well -- it's not just LEAF / LEAF, the second LEAF is all about a smooth 2016 for LEAF / ROARS.

The goal for 2016 is financial freedom.  And to do this, I have to be able to limit LEAF to 40 hours a day and have things run smoothly.  Hence, an extra 40 hours or so over the next 2-3 weeks is essential to not feeling the pressure to put in an extra 40 hours into LEAF over the next 2-3 months.
