FRAME INTEGRITY & LANDMARK / AMANDA / ETC


"April 8 - 12 demonstrates that your relationships / sex COME AT THE COST of
frame integrity.  Even though Amanda was in town, you could have chosen

frame.  Which is totally fine, and I am happy with that 33%.  This demonstrates

To this end, I've had to wipe out the Landmark Thursday night NA's... BUT... that doesn't mean landmark is at the cost of the frame.

Instead, I simply have different bedtime integrity on Landmark Thursday's - on these nights, integrity is "IN BED (WITH INTENT TO SLEEP - NO INTIMACY ETC) BY 11:45PM?" - and that's IT - either I am or I am not.

That way, I'm not able to use Landmark as an excuse to be up all night, and I am guarenteed 4.5 hours for a smooth 3 sleep cycles.

And the added benefit is it actually helps my frame integrity out since I always hit this one.

So sometimes wiping out NA's actually ends up as an instant benefit.  Damn, look at that... true integrity is good.

Bedtime Schedule - early beginnings

It is time we being focusing on a bedtime routine that is more disciplined and promotes better sleep.

8pm is the cut-off for hour long Sarah convo's.  You can talk to her after this time, but only with the goal of cutting it off within 30 minutes.

815 is the cutoff for longer intimate sessions - after 815 intimacy needs to involve tracking the time.  830-845 is "quickie" period - go for the goal as fast as possible, no exploring new things after 830.  845 is a cutoff of all intimacy.

830 is hard cutoff of ALL entertainment.  This INCLUDES new science documentaries, fascinations, and obsessions (like trying to teach myself the concept of imaginary numbers, exploring the 4th spacial dimension, watching advanced quantum theory lessons, etc.)  After that, ONLY re-watch documentaries in the space science folder.  I know you want new things.  I know the old things are getting boring.  That's the point!  Relax and enjoy.

9pm is bed time.  Always be IN BED by 9, with the standard "round down" grace period.

As I think of more things I will include them here.

This all depends on ending work and work related things (like "touching the stats") at 7pm.  Again, round down rule applies, but this MUST be done or I won't sleep well.

Real Consequences

The whole point of building myself up to a large size person is that as an entrepreneur, there is no outside force keeping me on track.

It'd be great to do it and have real consequences, but at the end of the day, it'll always come down to me.  There is no "getting fired", there are no "write-ups".

So the real consequences fall on my failure to hit my goals.

Some examples:

JAN GOAL: 12 hours.

THIS IS ESSENTIALLY 1 FULL WORK DAY.

But you had an ENTIRE MONTH to get those hours.

And in January, you FAILED to do so.

FEB: 20 hours.

This is essentially TWO FULL DAYS.  In a whole month.

Q1: 60 hours.  THIS IS ESSENTIALLY one full week.  And you have a FULL QUARTER... a FULL SEASON if you will... to get one great week's worth of work done.

If you have, say, 6 months of full time work to get to making a few hundred a month online, and you are progressing at 1 week per quarter, that means you will get there in 6 YEARS.

Even accounting for a better scenario we're talking AT LEAST 2-4 YEARS.

And that's only if you hit your goal!!!  If you get half way to goal, your ETA on success as making a small amount of money online is 4-8 YEARS (in a good-case scenario.)

So take consistent discipline lightly if you want.  But know the consequences.  At your current rate, you will be making a little bit of money online by around 2023, and you will be 34 years old working an entry-level job.

And I'm just guessing.  That could easily be 40 years old, and you could be so demoralized / caught up in family life / etc by then that you could be out of the game completely by then.

1. Music.

Motherfucker.  Of course it has some simple, discreet, yet charming and inspirational music.

Fortunately there's free music out there... where the fuck was it again?


2. Easy creation of slides will make the ACTUAL creation of all slides possible within 1-2 hours easily (at least to a PASSING level).... So all I need... is the software.  And I have 1-2 hours to find it, install it, and learn how to use it.

Started by googling:

...Seems promising.  Animoto is on there... hmmm

3. Tested animoto.  It's legit as FUCK, full 1080 d/l and will fit right on into my videos.  I can time to the second, only prob seems to be a 40s max but i have to agree stalling for 40s would be WAAY boring.

$44 for 30 days.  Make sure you cancel.

The Return of Word


Let's talk framework for a second...

My consistent discipline is getting worse and worse.

My goal was to be doing a morning ritual EVERY DAY at this point.

I'm supposed to be solid as fuck right now.

The power hour shouldn't be this thing you come into where you need to "re-establish" the context every morning... which then falls apart soon after starting.

And I certainly shouldn't be dealing with days like today and yesterday where my content (1 up hour by hour) is being flooded with trolls to the point that I'm barely pulling in "4"'s.

With a weak frame, context can only be so strong, and it buckles under pressure.  And as context goes, content flows into the new shape that the context has broken down into.

STRONG DISCIPLINE REQUIRES A STRONG FRAME.

You've read it a 100x -- you can't be an entrepreneur if you can't even start your day powerfully -- and this is all the proof you need.

More importantly, this is why being completely unreasonable to following through with "your word" is so important.

And it's a DIRECT correlation.  50% integrity of showing up to ROARS and I feel lucky if I get 1 of 2 hours in.  My goal becomes to "really" get started by 6.

Is it a coincidence that I also happen to be doing a morning ritual 50% of the time, and tracking size between 7a-10a and 1p-3p 50% of the time?

Easy to justify things with meetings, month end, deals, blah, blah, blah.  Harder to deny that hard 50% #'s across the board probably are causing each other.

The morning ritual sets the frame, but it doesn't complete it, it just sets it up.  It's completed by the 15/10/5 meditations, the 5 times you log your size, the clock in at 5, and the push to complete whichever of the 19 objectives you choose within the budgeted time frame.

Now that you see the significance of word again, it's time to get this back into your head:

YOU HAVE NO CHOICE.  YOU ALREADY CHOSE.

Your word MUST be followed as soon as you realize that following it is in question.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS.  It's not that I expect perfect integrity, but it IS that I expect an attempt to follow NO MATTER WHAT if you're in a situation where you are aware of it.

You shouldn't have any problem doing this.  You're legit.  You embrace pain and suffering.  You're willing to lose sleep and get super stressed out to follow through on discipline.  You just lost your way when it comes to what giving your word means (as defined by Landmark) and why it's important.

Time to come back to the path.  Without your word, the path disappears under the overgrowth of the jungle.  With solid word, it's like a perfectly paved road.  It is time to commit again.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FRAME FIRST.  THEN -- AND ONLY THEN -- DOES EVERYTHING ELSE COME INTO PLAY.

There's a reason that Sundays are WAAAY better now.  It's the framed structure you setup.

So just going to say it...

If you don't do your morning ritual you are warping your WHOLE DAY.  And there's NO WAY to fix it.  If you do everything else perfect, the frame will be pretty good... maybe 90, 95% good... but it'll still be warped.  YOU MUST START YOUR DAY WITH A SOLID FRAME, THE SAME WAY YOU WOULDN'T SKIP ON FOLLOWING THE SUNDAY STRUCTURE.

19 Objectives. 12 weeks, 10 Sundays, 150 hours


Can I pull it off?

How will you complete them on time?

If this were a school project and it was DUE by 12/21/2016, how would you make sure it gets completed?

Let's get in the mentality of making an EPIC Q4.

NO MORE EXCUSES -- if any task is worthy of more time, and that'll set you behind, then get a "good enough" draft version done and list the additional stuff / final draft that you want to do as a new objective to be completed at a future date.

Q4 is going to be about completing EVERY item on the list.  Even if they all look like SHIT and only work on certain PCs and need more work... get them DONE.

Any set backs, additional objectives, obstacles, etc. go on the list for getting done AFTER these 19 core objectives.

This will keep me pushing for a large size instead of using new obstacles as an excuse to fall behind.  As long as I can allow that to happen I'll NEVER be successful as an entrepreneur or get to the size I need to be at to succeed as a business owner.

By making it my goal to get a "first pass" version of every item done within a time period, I'll have a much better idea about how to set my goals for the final draft versions, since I'll have dabbled enough in everything to get a good sense of the scale of how much work lies ahead.

Why you can't apply word to things like "I will be size 5"

It's because giving you word can only work where it is applicable.

And it DOESN'T APPLY to UNKNOWNS.  Any time the question "How do I apply word here?", determining if it's 100% unreasonable or not is impossible... even if it's 99.9% vs. 0.1%, there's a grey zone, and it begs the question.

100% Unreasonable Word only applies to areas that are 100% Clear on What To Do.
(100% unreasonable where 100% rational)

Saying "I give my word to always go for size 5" doesn't work because you'll be making calls and an urgent email will come up, and then you won't know how to apply it, how to measure, etc... and you'll need to figure it all out... and then it's unclear if you're unreasonably following a choice or not.

Word has to be clear.  It works on the morning ritual because it is incredibly clear: "Regardless of sleep, dream states, etc etc... at 430 you will pop out of bed and go directly to cleaning mouth guard, drinking water, throwing on music and doing exercises."

The more clearly defined, the better.  If it's unclear HOW TO BE 100% UNREASONABLE, then the concept doesn't apply.

The above table shows a time period long enough to know for certain that habits have been set in place.

You can see what kind of habits those are.

They will continue indefinitely unless changed.

And change WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS.

That means you WILL START Q4 NATURALLY SMALL.

Starting to ramp up for Q4 now is important.  Vacation time is NOT important, I'm not overwhelmed or over worked.  I've been working 40-50 hour weeks which pretty much IS a vacation for me.  I feel fresh.

So it's time to start Q4 now.  Like last year when I had a ramp up week.  Except this time Q4 ramp up week is also the final week of Q3.  And like any ramp up week, the scores don't factor in to Q4's final #'s.  They just factor into Q3's final #'s.

Morning Ritual.  Let's review and make a Q4 decision on whether or not it will be word, and if it is word, then the significance of word must be reviewed.

It's pretty clear that I've lost all grasp on Landmark's concept of what it is to give your word and the significance of it.

WORD:

The point of giving your word, as landmark defined, is to take the human BS out of the picture completely so that all that remains is the sentient being.

It's saying that when you wake up, it doesn't matter if you are 99% adamantly against doing a morning ritual.  It means that none of that even factors in.  It means that the sentient being takes control and walks the human through the motions regardless of what it's thinking or what it's feelings are, or how strong all of that is.

As long as it's not crazy, the choice WILL be followed and won't be reasoned with, stopped, or delayed on account of the human nature that is tethered to the sentient being within.

It's the only "true integrity" because it's the only integrity that will not be reasoned with.  It's true discipline.

And THAT'S what I've lost completely.

As long as that's not important to me, the morning ritual is a lost cause.  So it's time to choose.

GOALS

This is the project for the rest of Q3 (meaning this week since this is the last week) in the spirit of ramping up for an EPIC Q4.

I have a list of 19 OBJECTIVES.  The goal will be to complete them all in Q4 so I can get to traffic in early 2017.

Part of the goal will be to sort other obstacles and objectives into a list of "to do later" so I train myself to stay consistent to the objectives at hand.

Q3 PTC Day 31

6p - 7:15p

Today was a self-help / conceptual day.  Needed an hour to figure out why I was unhappy... and I figured out what was going so terribly wrong with my size and motivation at LEAF... somehow, I lost my grasp on the concept of reprogramming which I am RELIANT on for getting to size 5.

This is why it's important to actually review the large packet once a week.  Maybe time to make a fresh copy to bring home for Sunday reviews.  But maybe not... these are tricky concepts, and *actually reprogramming* trolls is very new to me, it was lost years ago and just recently discovered in the last 2-3 months... so not weird that I'd lose it.

And "Mental Mastery" is BRAND new, so if you don't think you're losing it, think again... you probably are.

Why Am I Here?

Happiness.  Derived from my sentient being maintaining majority and default control over my human being.

Because happiness comes from engagement in the things that create it.  Like killing it, loving what you do, winning, mastering the art, creating, etc.

It's no different from the joy you get when you "dial in" on a video game or when you "dial in" to rapid multitasking and jamming through a ton of super high quality calls and feel like you can handle anything badass style.

These are the kinds of feelings that make happiness.  Engagement, "enjoy".  And those come CONSISTENTLY when I follow my code of discipline, my predetermined choices.

What is Failing, why is the "wheel" stopping?

Once again, trolls have gone "off the radar" and even when caught, ARE NOT BEING REPROGRAMMED!!

You have to be very passionate about reprogramming.  You have to really, REALLY want it.  That's what drives you to push your limits until it's painful -- so you can create the pain that makes the trolls that  you can then re-program.

But if you're not even willing to re-program the basics, like nicotine, fear of calling, etc... or even call them trolls... then the wheel will stop, your size will shrink, and you will be unhappy.

You need to be writing down trolls, blog posting about them, expressing excitment and engagement in the reprograms / opportunities that replace them, and pursuing the deep neural pathway building of those new programmings.  Seriously.  If you're not 100% COMMITTED to writing them down and studying them, DO NOT ANSWER "YES" when asked in the morning, "can you actually reprogram the vast majority of trolls?", because that's what it takes to do it.

Mindfulness isn't particularly weak right now.  It's just being fueled by weakness.  Being mindful and a victim at the same time isn't going to get you anywhere.  You need to program much harder.  That's why you're stalling.

Remember the time you discovered reprogramming trolls?

Back in '09 or 2010 or whenever... when you FIRST saw the power of catching a troll and figuring out how to think of the SAME EXACT THING in a different way... and you put it to the test... that's when you first became positive 90% of the time, all your thoughts started being positive naturally, and you hit "size 6" for the first time while making video slides for Mastery.

It all happened very fast.  I realized every time I thought that my thought was either helping me or hurting me, and any thought that could be "non-helpful" was quickly turned on it's head and replaced with a "helpful" spin on the same theme.  And doing this every time wasn't just EASY, it was incredibly REWARDING.

Eventually, I lost it.  The effort illusion always creeps back in.  At the time, I took "vacations" that were the death of me.  I don't know what happened, but I do know this.

THIS IS THE RENAISSANCE.

And this is an idea that will be reborn permanently.  It's not going away like art and science of the roman ages to the dark ages.  It's going to boom into a whole new world, like the renaissance of the 1600s and 1700s.  This is the core fundamental root of how NLP is one of the big 3.  Active NLP.  NLP that says, get serious, get to pain, love the pain, find the troll, and reprogram the thought.

Q3 PTC Day 19

Stop blaming and justifying.

I keep wanting to say this week has gone bad because

  • miles was @ LEAF 3 days
  • im being judged on my performance and they can suck my dick
  • month end
...on and on it goes.

IF YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR LARGEST SIZE WITH ZERO HOURS OF SLEEP, THEN YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU SET YOUR MIND TO.

THIS WEEK HAS GONE OFF THE RAILS BECAUSE YOU LET THAT HAPPEN.

You could have done whatever it took to take control of your mind, but instead you let it justify the pain away.

You let it shreak away from discomfort, pain.  You harbored the comfort zone.  You let yourself fall asleep at the wheel.

It's OKAY to fail!  I am confident in your abilities and the acceleration of your progress in 2016.  However the wheel will stop rolling and you'll lose it all if you let yourself believe that there's any good reasons at all that can justify your failures.  

If you can do your best with no sleep -- literally, the most insane pain, weakness, loss of ability to focus, etc -- then you can do anything!!!  THINK ABOUT IT.

WHAT THAT MEANS IS, YOUR MENTALITY OF "omg these thoughts are non-stop, there's no WAY I can control them!!" IS TOTALLY, COMPLETELY, 100% WRONG.  

The only reasons you can't take control are in front of you if you'd care to get smart about them: 
  • You can't take control because you believe you can't.  
  • You can't take control because you're looking at it as an overwhelming task -- stop reacting, see passed the 1%, and think proactive instead of reactive, like "a 6 would start with what he CAN do and 1-up from there"
  • You can't take control because you're in panic mode; your head is spinning.  COME OFF IT. Then, from a fresh slate, ask: "how would one take TOTAL control from the point where I am currently at?"
  • You can't take control because instead of embracing that thought, laughing at it, and WANTING THE CHALLENGE, it was easier just to say "I can't do it" and accept that you failed.
You're not lost in some web.  You're not "in too deep".  You're not incapable.  If anything, you've PROVEN the opposite.

You know what to do.  Right now, failures are stacked, hard.  That cannot be allowed to continue.  One troll at a time, take them all down.  Take baby steps and untangle that web of lies misleading you down all the wrong paths.  There is only one way to win.  Start putting all these sabotaging thoughts into the garbage bin, and for god's sake, take out the fucking trash.  And have fun doing it... that's the key.

Morning Ritual Addendum + CDH Reminder

Morning Ritual Addendum

"Wake and Vape" voids the ritual.  If you vape before your shower, you've failed the ritual.  

The ritual is:

1. Get out of bed without snoozing.
2. Drink half water pre-workout.
3. Start workout within 5 minutes of getting out of bed (5 min for water + music.)  Do not vape.
4. Drink half water post-workout and jump in shower ASAP.
Optional: Begin a meditation going into the shower.
5. Done.  Vaping now allowed.  Goal is to HAVE LEFT for work by 5:30 every day, but anything after the shower is currently "Post-Ritual" and up to you.

CDH Reminder

At 7:00PM, you must start winding down your mind.  CDH activities must stop immediately, thinking about work needs to go away.  7-8 is RE-TIME, 8-9 is BEDTIME.

Lifted Meds

March 24, 2018 I turn 30 years old.

By then I REALLY shouldn't need these any more.  That's kind of the "you've passed by now, or you've failed" point of this Personal Renaissance.

At that point it's time to re-evaluate life choices and what you're doing with your life.  And one of those choices is this medication.

Sean Walker says you'll be dead in 20 years if you continue to take it.

Like smoking, 2-3 years of this is really all the body should have to take.  This is serious.  Take it seriously, and don't forget.

The Renaissance

What is the Renaissance?

It's not the renaissance of the old me, it's the renaissance of my spirit & purpose.

Was the renaissance of the 1400's - 1700's a rebirth of the Greek or Roman empires?

No, it was the rebirth of humanism, derived from the rediscovery of classical Greek philosophy, which manifested in art, architecture, politics, science and literature.

Thus, my renaissance isn't the rebirth of the failed Entrepreneur of the 2000's.  This blog is not called "The Return of the Addict".

The greeks brought to life the philosophy of the human spirit, what we were, and how the universe works.  Then, with the fall of the classical ages, came the dark ages, where reality was people looking out for themselves and kings caring more about their kingdoms than the human spirit.

My reality changed in 2011 & 2012 when my Mastery product failed to launch and I experienced the fall of my sponsorship.  The financial freedom I was riding on ran out, my Maslow's hierarchy became unstable, and my "classical ages" of learning and embracing entrepreneurship and business ownership in place of college and career fell permanently, never to rise again.

That person, that time, the days of my early twenties education are over and gone forever, like the ancient Greeks or the ancient Roman Empire.  Then came my dark ages, where I had to look out myself and just get by, I cared more about my survival and independence.  Just think of how much Firefly resonated with me.

However -- like the renaissance reborn the ideas of the ancients -- so too will this renaissance reborn the ideas of the original entrepreneur period.  Sleep Mastery shall return to life, How to Cure Insomnia will be born, articles, forum posts, and youtube videos will start circling again, sales letters and email lists will return.

This is the rebirth of branding & traffic, copy writing & conversion, emailing & a back-end list of leads.

With that, it is the rebirth of my greatest project in life.  My baby that I take care of, feed, strengthen, and make grow.  My purpose -- the reason I get up in the morning & the thing that captures my imagination and spirit at night.

Those long hours pacing back and forth, fantasizing about what I would do with seemingly limitless money and freedom -- THAT spirit -- THAT is what is being is reborn.  That is my personal renaissance.

NLP + Word

Maybe NLP has fallen to the wayside as a tool because I haven't been applying it where it is most effective.

Maybe I said "The Word" is my new NLP review because I realized surface-level NLP doesn't mean anything.

It's like trying to run a mac program on Windows.  It can only be done virtually... it won't work once the simulator is shut off.

NLP is a tool on the belt, but it is almost most effective when applied to the deeper level programming that creates my thinking patterns.

When using it to battle problems that are taking place in the "here and now", it will only work as a temporary bandaid.  It needs to be programmed and installed into your system if you want to keep it.

You've Lost the Code

It's not that you've been highly successful.

It's that you've lost the code of discipline that makes you successful.

The success is just an illusion.

The money is real, but it doesn't really matter.  75k doesn't matter -- the Sharks will still look at you and say, "Sorry, you don't have what it takes."

Look at Tiger Woods.  Why didn't he just say "Fuck you all, why would I give a fuck?  I have hundreds of millions" when the whole cheating scandal hit him.  Why'd he say "I drifted from my faith in buddhism"?

Because his happiness was about his code and what he represents.  Not about his bank account.

Make no mistake.  How good you do at LEAF with commissions, bookings, % to budget, etc is all an illusion.

The ONLY thing you have is your code and what it means for your life.

It's not even about becoming an entrepreneur, really.  Once successful as an entrepreneur, you'll be distracted by the same thing and lose your code again.  You only stop when you decide to change the word to say it's okay to stop.

IT IS NOT THAT YOU'VE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT LEAF.  IT IS THAT YOU'VE FAILED TO MAINTAIN YOUR CODE OF DISCIPLINE.  IT IS THAT YOU'VE LOST YOUR PATH.  IT IS THAT YOU'VE FAILED BIG TIME OVER THE LAST 4 WEEKS AND YOU ARE FAILING MORE AND MORE.

Please recognize this.  It is fueling an army of trolls that are attacking everything that rises to help you.  It is the deep down programming that is driving you.

Do not justify the last 4 weeks as being okay because you needed the "break".  It's not that you needed a break.  It's that you allowed yourself to drift off course THE SAME EXACT WAY you did as an entrepreneur.  That's why you're at LEAF in the first place.  You NEED to be reminded by bosses every day that you're drifting off course.  If you could have stayed the course well enough to succeed, you wouldn't be here.  And this just proves that you need to stay.

Do not put finding a new house a priority over your code.  You do not need to move.  You do need your code.

Do not blame your success as the root of your failure.  The blaming of things is the root of your failure.  It represents the victim mentality that has taken control of you.  Victims blame, complain, & justify.

Week 3 Review -- Fail Morning Ritual, Fail As An Entrepreneur.

Last week I did the implementation of wordpress and the background coding that makes it work.

At 2 hours out of 5, and only the first 20% or so of the implementation, I am going to call this a pretty heavy failure.

The wheel rolled backwards this week.

1. Do not drink on thursdays.  If Nick or anyone invites you to anything non-friday / saturday, say NO.  Seriously.  Just say no... because that was not worth it.  Instead of getting myself back on track, this was the excuse to lose the week entirely.  No bars on week nights, period.

2. Losing integrity is not an excuse to be reasonable about "all word-given items".  Think about what this means!!  Would you give your word to someone to do something, and then when the time comes, not do it just because you broke your word to someone else?  Can you imagine how someone else would feel if you said, "Sorry man but I've been bad with keeping my word the last few days, so I just said fuck it."  WOW!!

If someone said that to me, I would say they can't be relied on for anything.  And that's EXACTLY what this troll does to your word -- it completely destroys it.

WHAT A TROLL.  This is the "I don't need to follow my word 100% because..." troll.

Good "AKA"s for this could be "The Word Burier" or "The Integrity Destroyer"

This is a direct indicator that you are losing your code and going off the path of success.

This is always a troll, as by my very definition of the word, it transcends the very idea of being justified.  It is NEVER okay not to follow your word just because you haven't lately!  The ONLY time it's not okay to follow your word is if you have real reason to believe it is irrational, which can usually be tested by the question, "Will I go back and change my word in writing due to this reason?"

Biggest area this troll is beating me up on is the morning ritual.

The morning ritual, at least Monday - Thursday, is THE WORD.  It should be followed to a T, 100%, regardless of whether or not you need to take a dump or if you started out off course.

Smoking or watching something or sitting and thinking or dream chasing or WHATEVER is not a reason not to follow the morning ritual.  These are ALL trolls.  Once you catch one, you have no choice.

It sounds dumb but this morning ritual defines the day and therefore it is destroying you.  YOU CANNOT START YOUR DAY WITH FAILURE.

If you go off course, you are likely to stay off course, but ALL word is still in effect, and as soon as you catch yourself "being reasonable", you MUST pull yourself over to your word.  Yank yourself into a plank or pushups and only do 10 pushups or 1 minute planks.  I don't care how well you do it -- the morning ritual is about defeating your human mind and the trolls as a way of starting your day.  If you can't win on something this simple, how can you expect to win during the work day?  How do you expect to be entrepreneur material.

I will say that again...

The MORNING RITUAL is about starting the day as a big person by beating back the trolls & small-size habits right away.  You cannot expect to be an ENTREPRENEUR if you can't even start your day powerfully.

And by setting a strong context every day, you will find you stay on track more throughout the day and get back on course quickly if you fail a day in the middle of the week.

Here's some new updates to my word (this is OFFICIALLY my new "choice")

-The word on morning ritual is this:

1. I will not snooze, I will not hesitate, and I will do every item on the checklist as it is listed, regardless of what other obsticles arrise.

-And here's a new choice I give my word to:

2. Any morning I fail my word, I will set the "morning ritual failed" Alarm, which will remind me at night to review this page.  When the alarm goes off, I will review this very page.

At the end of the day -- any failure of word is OKAY as long as it's a one time thing, and best to be learned from.  As long as it becomes in the past and you go for integrity the next time, you'll be fine.  But if you don't understand deeply that failures cannot be allowed to stack -- that the futher you get from your word, the worse off you will be -- do not expect to be successful in life.  This is essentially "the pulse of success"... you cannot ignore one failure after another the same way you can't ignore one missing heartbeat after another.  You must understand, and uphold, this concept on a very deep level and very thoroughly.
