Failed this week -- post 4

Should've worked Sunday.

I needed to follow my lunch and ROARS rituals this week, and I did not.

I need to build the habit of going from food to meditation.

Also drinking water after workouts.

I still like the direction things are headed, I'm just worried that my size won't get there.

I need to push a lot harder next week... it's the first real, full week... Sunday is game day.
