Landmark Begins Its Encroachment Into My Life

Integrity Takes Hold

Moving forward, every day I login to work here I will review FRAME INTEGRITY pass and fails for the last 24-48 hours.  

For all "N"s, I will list the following on my daily ROARS post:

Daily Integrity Restoration

Morning Ritual

• My whole day is less organized, less able to take on LEAF Schedule + Mindfulness / Focus
• When I have homework from LEAF, I will do it in the afternoon instead of the morning moving forward.

Meditations:

• Not able to focus enough to get even a decent number of calls in
• Tomorrow morning I will put more emphasis on mindfulness from the moment I wake up and during my morning drive.  I will do a driving mindfulness practice instead of listening to comedy.

CDH:

• My product is not further developing, my discipline drops everywhere when I miss CDH
• I will practice the distinction of choice and emphasize mastery on that more so throughout the day so I can choose ROARS because I choose ROARS.

LEAF Schedule:

• Since I always miss anyways, I don't even try that hard to improve my focus throughout the day.
• New schedule with a minimum @ 35 calls instead of 50.
  700-830 - deal work
  830-1030 - 25 call minimum
  1030-1130 - deal work
  1130-1230 - lunch
  1230-1 - EAST COAST deal work
  1-2 - 35 call minimum.
  2-330 - deal work
