It's not that you've been highly successful.
It's that you've lost the code of discipline that makes you successful.
The success is just an illusion.
The money is real, but it doesn't really matter. 75k doesn't matter -- the Sharks will still look at you and say, "Sorry, you don't have what it takes."
Look at Tiger Woods. Why didn't he just say "Fuck you all, why would I give a fuck? I have hundreds of millions" when the whole cheating scandal hit him. Why'd he say "I drifted from my faith in buddhism"?
Because his happiness was about his code and what he represents. Not about his bank account.
Make no mistake. How good you do at LEAF with commissions, bookings, % to budget, etc is all an illusion.
The ONLY thing you have is your code and what it means for your life.
It's not even about becoming an entrepreneur, really. Once successful as an entrepreneur, you'll be distracted by the same thing and lose your code again. You only stop when you decide to change the word to say it's okay to stop.
IT IS NOT THAT YOU'VE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT LEAF. IT IS THAT YOU'VE FAILED TO MAINTAIN YOUR CODE OF DISCIPLINE. IT IS THAT YOU'VE LOST YOUR PATH. IT IS THAT YOU'VE FAILED BIG TIME OVER THE LAST 4 WEEKS AND YOU ARE FAILING MORE AND MORE.
Please recognize this. It is fueling an army of trolls that are attacking everything that rises to help you. It is the deep down programming that is driving you.
Do not justify the last 4 weeks as being okay because you needed the "break". It's not that you needed a break. It's that you allowed yourself to drift off course THE SAME EXACT WAY you did as an entrepreneur. That's why you're at LEAF in the first place. You NEED to be reminded by bosses every day that you're drifting off course. If you could have stayed the course well enough to succeed, you wouldn't be here. And this just proves that you need to stay.
Do not put finding a new house a priority over your code. You do not need to move. You do need your code.
Do not blame your success as the root of your failure. The blaming of things is the root of your failure. It represents the victim mentality that has taken control of you. Victims blame, complain, & justify.

Day 51: Blitz prepp
Cleared out the busy work so far today:
-Cleaned up my broker CBs, there were like 10 - 15 that were REALLY bogging me down.
-Set reminders for daily review
-Worked on getting Grupo SMS ready to go
-Separated out campaign CBs from standard / broker CBs
-Marked booked clients booked and combined leads and booked clients filter
-clean up WARMS & LEADS
Now it's blitz prepp time. 2 Things:
1. Heavy Meditation Session. I'd like to elaborate on this.
"We should be taught not to wait for inspiration to start a thing. Action always generates inspiration. Inspiration seldom generates action.
~Frank Tibolt"
So I am big on power hour and getting amped. The problem is in spending half an hour on determination and then 15 minutes on meditation... and then the meditation not even carrying over.
The upside today is I got more serious. The downside is I had little to NO focus. At least I revealed the problem.
Focusing more on mindfulness and really taking STRONG ACTION is what is going to create the inspiration for getting to the next level.
It's insanely dumb that I am pulling 3.5's and not even coming CLOSE to size 5. This should be easy. You need to get tunnel vision on the target. You need to take LASER FOCUS seriously. You aren't even CLOSE.
Tonight, I am saying forget about your sleep. I got 7 - 8 hours and had NO FOCUS today. I could have gotten 4 hours, come in and meditated an hour and done FAR BETTER.\
Tonight I will put in 30 minutes of meditating on the breath to hone in focus.
Breath because it's more concentrated on an object.
And in the future, during morning meditation sessions, choose the type of meditation before starting please.
...
2. Prepp leads. I want 20 fresh first federal and fin pacs to hit first thing tomorrow.
Then I will focus on knocking down the CB's for the rest of the blitz. The broker leads + "leads and warms" have been fixed up so you can dial blind without having to worry about messing anything up.

Day 49: Prepare to Kill It
Today was kind of a rough day. Lost Leroy and learned a big lesson.
With Leroy gone, March is falling apart. Blowing Feb out of the water has put me ahead YTD, but the budget is going to be growing HUGE as the year goes on and I've still got $1.7M to go this year.
Need I remind you that there's an endless parade of tiny deals around the corner? That last year you only did about 500-600k in 9 months?
We need to ramp up and get these Glengarry leads going, especially now that I'm running a campaign on Dave's orphans.
--
Today's goals are:
1. Filter out CB's for the next 2 weeks (a re-do on the rest of this month and cleaning the first week of March)
2. Get 25 - 30 TOTAL prepped leads for tomorrow (9 already done.)
3. Make game plan for the return of the weekly review (see below.)
--
And now, the "Become a Closer" time:
"CURRENT REVIEW", "WEEKLY REVIEW", AND "MONTHLY REVIEW" NEED TO COME BACK.
MY STACK OF PAPERS TEACHING ME HOW TO CLOSE (including all of Kristine's stuff) HAS GROWN TOO HIGH AND I GOT TOO BIG OF A LESSON TODAY THAT NEEDS TO BE BURNED INTO MY SKULL (hey, it costs $650 FFS.)
So, onto the "doing part"
-MONDAY AFTER CALLING, BEFORE DINNER BREAK (or, worst case, first thing once you get back from dinner break.)
-DESK DRAWER FOR FOLDERS.
---
ENDED UP JUST DOING THE WEEKLY REVIEW STUFF AND ORGANIZING. SHEET

Two weeks have gone by. "CATCH"
You cannot expect to be an entreprenuer if you allow your failures to stack.
The 14k is in the past now. I have celebrated and experienced the failure of success. CONSIDER IT A THING OF THE PAST.
The most important thing is to grow in size, to build a new renaissance, and to return as an entreprenuer.
One by one, all word must be put back into effect. Can not smoke cigarettes, cannot have weed, must call as if on a blitz, etc.
The money is great but the wheel rolling backwards is my #1 concern. My goal in life is happiness, not riches. I must escape the comfort zone again. There is a war out there and it is calling me home. Shall I begin?

Day 34 -- Conflicted
My word says no weed. Can't be reasonable. No weed.
But I do have a brownie. And a game called Ze Long Dirk.
And right noe it sounds like the best thing ever. What to do.
Go get breakfast and then head directly to the office. Don't think about it... just do it.

Day 31
Blitz results:
Team Member Opportunity TOTAL
Kevin 0 12.80
Brian 5 37.00
Jaimie 6 36.00
Lance 0 19.80
Ley 1 22.60
Sean 0 5.60
Tara 1 23.00
Brian won but I was a close second (note: the TOTAL points is based on factors I didn't include as well, like calls and talk time, but the only #s I care to show are opportunities found and overall score.)
The prepping worked. I found half a million in opportunities in one morning. I lit up the phones and sold the shit out of people. I averaged 2 minutes per call. Mission was successful.
Warms wise, this is the best week since the first week of April for me. Days like today are going to supercharge 2015 at LEAF and it's why the Glengarry detour is happening.
Anyways. Yesterday I added on another hour and a half, bringing me to 9.5 hours over this week. I've been VERY, VERY unproductive tonight, but on the upside, I did get another half hour of in of working on salesforce and getting back around to emails I needed to send... so that's 10 hours of extra LEAF time this week.
Tomorrow's friday, no need to go all super prepper for it. Just catch up on your warms, pursue your opportunities, and dig into those new leads some more ^.^

Day 30: Blitz Prepp
Work 6 - 8
Bed by 10:00, asleep by 10:30
Wake up 4:30
WORD WAIVED:
--Morning Ritual's PUSHUPS, PLANKS, SITUPS
--Mediation (as is standard on a blitz day)
Try to leave for work by 5:15... and beat Brian's ass.
Plan for next 2 hours:
Prep the best leads possible, as many as you can. Beating brian relies on finding the low hanging fruit.
