Sunday REQUIRED Structure

The following is required to get 100% or "R" status integrity for Sunday CDH.  

If you do not follow the below, the most integrity you can achieve is 50% (regardless of what you work on.  LEAF work, for instance, instead of ROARS, doesn't need to follow the below since you get 50% either way.)

Sunday Structure

1. Morning Ritual as normal 7:30-8:30 -- but take Adderall AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP.


2. 8:30-9:00 Powerhour in garage.  Latest you can begin meditation is 9:15 to show up to work @ 9:30.  Any time after 9:30 you are late.  (like 6:30am LEAF goal vs. deadline @ 7:00)


• If you are late by 5 minutes or more, you automatically get HALF integrity for Sunday CDH.


3. Clock in by writing a post @ 9:00-9:30.  Same as LEAF "working on deals 630-7" structure - If you start late hussle up so you can get to the real work.  Roughly, quickly, and effectively outline your goals for the day and any structure you'd like to define.  In the future, we'll get better at being more organized in this area, but for now anything is better than nothing.


4. Begin work -- and that's it!  I trust myself to take it from there.
