On sundays, i need to have an alarm, perhaps at 8am, and i need to do a ritual as soon as i get out of bed that inclydes the power hour review and meditation. I also need an agenda made during the prior week, due by 7pm on Thursday, for an outline of my sunday schedule.
On vaping, i need to use my training. These are small feelings compared to real pain. I need to actually do what ive been trained to do and embrace them and the pain.
Sarah is in 2-3 weeks. I cant be coffing up a storm and trying to hide the vape from her parents. Ive been meaning to quit from months. Its time to just do it already.
As far as herbs go, having them on fri / sat will always reduce your size on sunday. Since the point of retime is to charge up for sunday, this works completely against you.
