Reprogramming BreaksMentality: Staying outside the comfort zone is key, breaks are not about comfort, they are about recovery. The 8:30 break is usually about comfort, and is not always necessary (may be that it is rarely necessary.)

Get coffee before meditation to be drunk after meditation -- cuts out those morning distractions and starting a day with a break. Cuts out starting the day deep in the comfort zone.
