During the snow season, I allow disciplines to drop off and my overall satisfaction to drop.
Skiing basically becomes an excuse for me to do whatever I feel like doing and then my quality of life drops, kind of making the snowboarding season bittersweet.
CAUSE IN THE MATTER
Currently cause in the matter of:
- Dropping off of all disciplines
What I'd like to be cause in the matter of:
- A schedule: How and when I will work.
- A specific discipline structure: Krista days, SNW days.
- Get creative. What do I want to maintain to have it be both awesome and what I want?
- For example, I DO want to eat junky, but maybe NOT a lot of cheese and beer since that will bloat me, make it hard to breath, and make me feel like shit.
- Drive separately for expanded freedom.
- Enrolling my snow crew in what I was up to.
- Restoring integrity like crazy.
