Get back to what you were about when you were at your prime.  Back then, call counts didn't matter.

Going in with a call goal every day is a miserable experience.  That's some early AA level stuff.  Your goal should be to get something like 5 great calls every day, and however many calls are needed to make that happen is the calls you make.  Calls are just what you do to get to the real work of great conversations.

Enjoying what you do cannot be about hitting a call number.  You'd be miserable if that was your goal.  Which is why you are miserable.
